Support for the whole of the school years.
For mothers of children in Classes 6–12. Whatever is on your mind, you do not have to work it out alone. Every service begins the same gentle way.

- 02
A plan made for you
Shaped around your child and your home: how long it runs, what it covers and how often we speak.
- 03
A help kit
Learning materials that go with your plan. Our team shares them with you after the call.
Exam stress
For the weeks when tests make the whole house tense.
Does this sound familiar?
- Your child goes quiet, or short-tempered, as tests get closer.
- Sleep, appetite or mood seem to shift around exam time.
- You cannot tell whether to push or to step back.
- Every conversation about studying turns tense.
How we help
We start with you. Together we look at what exam stress looks like in your home, what is yours to carry and what is your child's, and how to support them without adding pressure.
You leave with calmer ways to talk about studying and a clearer sense of what to do on the hard days.
Behavioural issues
For when the old ways of handling things have stopped working.
Does this sound familiar?
- Back-chat, withdrawal or a sudden temper.
- Screens and phones becoming a daily battle.
- A child who hides things or has stopped talking to you.
- A feeling that you are reacting more than you would like to.
How we help
We look at what the behaviour may be telling you, what has changed and when, and how things go at home. Then we work out approaches that suit your child's age and temperament.
The aim is a steadier, more connected home, not a perfectly behaved child.
Transition-related issues
For the school moves that quietly change everything.
Does this sound familiar?
- A new stage brings new subjects, new expectations and less hand-holding.
- Your child seems unsettled, and so do you.
- You are not sure how much to help and how much to let go.
- Entering Class 6
- More subjects, more teachers and more independence arrive together. We help you and your child settle into the new rhythm.
- Entering Class 9
- Marks and habits begin to count towards what follows. We help you build routines that last without turning the year into a pressure cooker.
- Class 10 into Class 11, and choosing a stream
- A big decision at an already busy time. We help you think it through calmly, with your child's strengths and interests in view.
How we help
Some years ask more of a child than others. We help you see what is changing, support your child through it, and keep the home steady while they find their feet.
Career path selection
Choose a path that follows the child, guided by aptitude.
Does this sound familiar?
- Everyone has an opinion on what your child should become.
- Engineering or medicine feels like the default, whether or not it suits them.
- You want your child to choose with confidence, not under pressure.
How we help
Every child has a pattern of strengths: the kinds of problems they enjoy, how they learn best and what holds their attention. That pattern is what aptitude describes.
Too often a path is chosen because it is familiar or expected. Engineering and medicine are wonderful paths for children who are suited to them. The aim is for the choice to follow the child, not the other way round.
We take an evidence-based approach: begin with what is known about your child, then connect it to the paths that fit. An aptitude assessment from a qualified provider gives you that foundation, and understanding why it matters is where we begin.
We do not run or sell the assessment. We explain why it matters, point you to where a qualified provider can carry it out, and help you think about how to use what you learn when you talk with your child about the years ahead.
A few things worth knowing.
- Pricing for these services is shared after your free discovery call, once we know what your plan needs.
- Our sessions are for you, the mother. Your child does not need to join.
- This is guidance for mothers, not medical or mental-health treatment, and we promise no particular outcome.
Not sure where to begin?
That is what the free discovery call is for. Tell us what is on your mind, and we will work out the next step together.
