Refunds and cancellations
What happens if you change your mind, for the free call and for anything you pay for.

1The free call
The Board Exam Breakthrough Call is free, so there is nothing to refund. If you can't make your time, please let us know by email at monika22rai@gmail.com or on WhatsApp so the place can go to another mother.
2Standalone services
- Both services are prepared for you and sent on WhatsApp once you have paid.
- If you change your mind before we have sent it, tell us and we will refund you in full.
- Once it has been sent, the material is yours to keep, so it can't be refunded.
- If what we send isn't what was described, or doesn't reach you, tell us within 7 days and we will put it right or refund you in full.
- Refunds go back the way you paid, within 7 working days of our agreeing to them.
3The three levels
The levels are not sold through this website yet. Their refund and cancellation terms will be set out here before they are.
4How to ask
Contact us by email at monika22rai@gmail.com or on WhatsApp and tell us what you bought and when. We'll reply with what happens next.
