Privacy policy

This website and its coaching are provided by Calm & Ready Moms (“we”, “us”), C-Scheme, Azad Marg, Jaipur 302001. We offer one-to-one coaching for mothers of Class 10 and Class 12 students.

This policy covers this website and the conversations that follow a booking. You can reach us by email at monika22rai@gmail.com or on WhatsApp.

• When you book a call. We receive what you enter in the booking form. The calendar is provided by LeadConnector and runs on our own address, secure.calmandreadymoms.com. LeadConnector stores what you enter on our behalf.
• On the call. The call takes place over Google Meet, which handles the connection. Calls are never recorded.
• On WhatsApp. If you message us, or we follow up after your call, those messages are carried by WhatsApp, which is owned by Meta.
• When you visit the site. The site is hosted by Vercel, which keeps standard technical logs (such as your IP address, browser and the pages requested) to serve the site and keep it secure.
• Advertising measurement. We use the Meta Pixel to learn whether our ads reach the right people. It tells Meta when a page on this site is viewed and when a booking is completed. Meta receives your IP address and browser details, and may link them to a Facebook or Instagram account you are signed in to.

What we don't collect. The list of evening questions and the self-check on the main page run entirely in your browser. Your answers are never stored, and never sent to us or anyone else.

Our service is for parents, and this site is not meant for children. On the call you may tell us about your child: their class, subjects, syllabus and exam dates. You share this as their parent, and we use it only to prepare for and hold your sessions.

• To arrange and hold your call, and to prepare your subject-wise priority list.
• To follow up with you on WhatsApp about what you asked for.
• To see whether our advertising is reaching mothers it can help.
• To keep the site working and secure.

The services named above (LeadConnector, WhatsApp and Meta, Vercel, and Google Meet) handle your information so that we can do these things. Each also works under its own privacy policy.

We don't sell your personal information. We will disclose it if the law requires us to.

We keep what you share only for as long as we need it for your session and any follow-up you have asked for, and then delete it. Meta keeps what the Pixel sends under its own policy.

The Meta Pixel sets a cookie (named _fbp) so Meta can recognise your browser across visits. The booking calendar may set its own cookies so that it can work. The site sets no other cookies.

You can block these with your browser's tracking protection or a content blocker; the site still works. You can also control how Meta uses this information in your Meta ad preferences.

You can ask us to:

• tell you what personal information we hold about you;
• correct it, or delete it;
• stop contacting you, which withdraws the consent you gave when you booked or messaged us.

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can also complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and the date at the top of it.
